What are your delivery hours?
Monday – Saturday | 11am – 9pm.
To make sure your order is received, we recommend placing your order at least 1 hour before our cutoff.
State laws requires that all orders must be completed with a time stamp no later than 10PM. Expect that we’ll be in touch to coordinate a solution should your order be placed with an ETA past 10PM.
We strive to make all deliveries in less than 75 minutes.
Where do we deliver weed?
We’re proud to service a large portion of the Bay area. Below are the counties and delivery boundaries.
East Bay – Alameda & Contra Costa County up to the city of Livermore.
San Francisco County
North Bay – Marin County up to the city of Petaluma.
San Mateo County
South Bay – Santa Clara County up to the city of Campbell
Is their a delivery minimum?
TRESTL minimums are based on locale.
East Bay – $60
(Pittsburg, Antioch, & Livermore = $100)
San Francisco – $60
North Bay – $85
Peninsula – $85
South Bay – $100
Can I schedule an order?
Planning ahead? TRESTL offers scheduled orders that can be placed ahead of time. Simply choose the option during checkout.
What types of payment options are available?
TRESTL accepts cash and debit card ONLY. We cannot process credit card payments, nor can we take debit card payments over the phone.
Payments are taken at the point of delivery. Please have cash prepared as a backup method just in case.
Should you choose to tip, know that 100% of tips go directly to the driver. Tips are not required, but very much appreciated.
Are there ID requirments?
You must be 18+ with a VALID MEDICAL CARD
You must be 21+
State law requires you have a physical valid ID or Driver License to present to the driver upon completing your delivery order. The ID MUST be yours, and match the ID associated with your account. We cannot accept pictures or digital copies of ID.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you are absent for the delivery, or there are communication issues when coordinating the delivery, TRESTL drivers reserves the right to continue with their other deliveries. You can reach out to rectify the situation by calling 877.456.9333, sending an email to [email protected], or filling out the form at TRESTL.com/contact.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exceptions may include defective cartridges to be exchanged up to 24 hours after purchase, at the discretion of TRESTL.
