INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Through the Website we collect non-personal information and personal information. Non-personal information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you (“NPI”), such as your IP address, device ID, anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, preferences you submit, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal information includes information that can be linked to a specific individual (“PI”), such as a name, address, phone number, payment information, email address, login information for third party sites and other information which you submit to us through the Website.
Information You Provide Us
In order to create an account and use the Website, you must first confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or older or are 18 or older and possess a valid medical cannabis recommendation. When you create an account using the Website, we will ask you to provide us the following information: name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, a photo of your government issued ID, and a photo of your medical marijuana card or doctor recommendation (if applicable). The information on your driver’s license and medical marijuana card or doctor recommendation may contain some or all of the following: your first and last name, birthdate, address, the last four digits of your social security number, a registration number, a driver’s license number, and the issuance and expiration date of your license, card, or recommendation. When you place an order, we will collect information about the products you reserve, your reservation time, and delivery location.
Information Collected from Your Device
When you use the Website, we will automatically collect your location via the geolocation features on your device, and, if you access the Website from a mobile device, we may also collect your mobile device’s unique device identifier (“UDID”).
Our Policies Concerning Children
You must be 21 years of age or older in order, or at least 18 and in possession of a medical cannabis recommendation, to create an account on the Website. We do not knowingly collect or use PI from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that anyone under the age of 18 has provided us with PI, we will delete that information and the associated account.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
PI you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you and to provide you with the Service. For example, we use PI to: (i) register and service your TRESTL account; (ii) solicit feedback and respond to your questions; (iii) provide technical support; and (iv) inform you about product or promotional offers.
Certain regions are served by third-party delivery providers. In order for us to process your order, they will have access to all of your PI. We may also provide our third-party delivery providers with suggested products for you based upon information that we gather about your shopping history or consumers with similar shopping histories.
We may send push notifications to your mobile device to communicate with you about our Service. You can choose to disable such notifications via the settings on the Website at your discretion.
Third Party Service Providers
While we will seek to require such third parties to follow appropriate privacy policies and will not authorize them to use this information except for the express purpose for which it is provided, we do not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.

TRESTL cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may therefore disclose your information as listed above, if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of TRESTL, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Sale of Data
We may store information you provide us, or information that is generated or collected automatically, until you ask us to remove such information.
If you’d prefer not to receive to receive product or promotional offers from us via email, you can use the unsubscribe links contained in our email messages. You can also prevent the Website from obtaining your location by disabling location services on your device. However, doing so means you may not be able to use the Website.
TRESTL and our service providers implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or accidental loss or destruction of NPI and PI. We utilize appropriate physical, technical and managerial safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from or about our users. TRESTL’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Squarespace’s secure data centers located in the United States and. Squarespace continually manages risk and undergoes assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
California residents may choose to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes or choose to opt out of such disclosure. Our policy is not to disclose personal information collected online to a third party for directing marketing without your approval. USERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
The Service and the servers upon which the Service are hosted are located in the United States and are intended only to be used by individuals in the United States. PI you submit using the Service will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using the Service and submitting PI, you authorize this transfer. For the avoidance of doubt, TRESTL is not designed for, or targeted to, or in any way offering goods or services to users who are in the European Union.
